  - Collaborating with Core Banking division’s Credit Team based in Italy • Led the implementation of feature-based entitlements for bank operators, managing entitlements via PostgreSQL , publishing them on Kafka, and developing a module for components consuming Kafka updates. • Developed dynamic filters for analytics graphs, enabling backend filtering through RESTful API calls. This improved the responsiveness of data visualisations on the UI, significantly enhancing user decision making. • Engineered APIs for efficient record persistence and retrieval by request ID, utilising Hibernate ORM for seamless interaction with a PostgreSQL DB. This ensured data integrity & reduced API response times by 15%. • Directed the creation of JUnit tests with Mockito, increasing unit test coverage from 50% to 90%. This resulted in a 20% reduction in bugs reported on SonarQube, enhancing system reliability and maintainability. • Created a custom simulator to populate the UAT platform with dummy data, streamlining testing processes. • Built utility functions to clear & store records in DB, updated models while maintaining backwards compatibility.
