  - BOM Process Streamlining: Created multiple Excel tools including a BOM (Bill of Material) comparison tool and automatic template generators. This helped greatly reduce BOM creation time, by up to 95%. I gained a strong fundamental understanding of databases/ERP systems through this project.- Time study project: Created an excel template to estimate time and cost for new products. This required calculating the average speed at each work station. Final template also involves Excel macros to automate user inputs and calculations.- Routine MPI creation: Creating MPI (Manufacturing Process Instructions) in Factory Logix software, following customer needs and design specifications. Wrote in a concise and direct manner for operators to easily follow and fix any following issues.- Performing routine quality inspections on incoming PCB and stencils. Show less
