    • IQVIA

      Jan 2008 - Jun 2015

My role was the development of knowledge and task management systems to meet the needs of the expanding global central laboratory business at Quintiles. The aim was to ensure that our staff based across Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Africa had the knowledge they needed at their fingertips and to ensure that information required for tasks was collected and assigned effectively, giving the teams more time to get on with the job. Coordinated the set-up of LIMS databases for clinical trials. This required client liaison, delegation of tasks to other team members and management of multiple trials simultaneously.
