RVG’s concentrated in growth businesses within manufacturing, service, distribution, and technology markets. Investments were used to aid businesses as they sustain or accelerate growth through product development, market expansion, or strategic acquisitions. My focus was corporate debt restructuring, financial advice on mergers and acquisitions, and structuring of equity, the placement of senior and subordinated debt. Following are a few examples of transactions on which I made an impact:Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Victoria Towers, Inc. I was the program manager of this 17-person office with capital budgeting, profit & loss, and program compliance responsibility. Key Accomplishments included: 1. 4th Qtr. 2018 sales & installed revenue was largest since program began. a. 2nd Qtr. 2019 was 2nd highest since program began in 2016.b. 1st Qtr. 2019 was 3rd highest sales quarter. 2. DEKO # 1 in revenue & kWh saved of the 6 SmartWatt Utility program offices.
