  Plank owner of the data analysis branch at USCG Force Readiness Command. In this position I collect organizational data and visualize it for senior level officials. I find pain points within the organization using data and create metrics to mitigate these pain points. I helped create the data analysis branch where we mostly function as an in house data consultant and supplement human performance analyses that are conducted within the Coast Guard. Led a team of five individuals in the primary mission of navigation onboard a 225 foot coast guard cutter. I was responsible for safety of navigation and all communications and message traffic being sent and received by the cutter.
