Managed >500 engineers & 50 development managers, leading this release >2 years thru Engineering Field Trials, overcoming numerous technical & cultural obstacles.• Led product development to replace traditional TDM-based PBX switches to software-based soft-switch, requiring deep knowledge of SS7 signaling protocol. One of Cisco’s 1st VoIP endeavors. Market evolved to SIP-based technology, but product remains viable as a network edge/PSTN gateway.
