      As a member of the Support Services department my role consisted of 1st line customer support in addition to 1st line IT Support. I was the first point of contact for existing customers who had questions or complaints and was tasked with exceeding customer expectations through every interaction. My role was extended into customer training with the purpose of that to be to train new and existing customers on systems we had created. I was tasked with showing clients not only how to use the system but how that would benefit them. My day-to-day duties included:- 1st Line Customer Support- 1st Line IT Support- Performing Customer Training on our in-house systems.
