Come software gestionale ho utilizzato l'ERP Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) e il Project Handbook per rendicontazione progetti.In Schmack Biogas of Viessmann Group, I was responsible for the assessment, planning, permitting, implementation and control of ETO projects for construction and commissioning of plants to cogeneration of electricity and heat from biogas methane.As EPC contractor, I led authorization, design, earthworks and consolidation of land, building construction, mechanical building, assembly, hydraulic and electrical works and the commissioning of plants. Responsible for the internal resources, suppliers and contractors. I found and selecting suppliers. Verification of the quality and the functionality of all plants. I was the only reference for customers and my CEO. I organized and managed the office of the Calculation Cost, Budgeting and Proposal. I conducted Research and Development for waste disposal plants.As management software I used the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) and Project Handbook for the reporting at Board of Directors. With the Lean Manufactory, TPS and with PMI advanced instruments, I was the sole responsible to get objectives, manage of projects, organize the several professional people and teams that work in the projects, carry out risks assessment, insure that all aims of the project are met, make sure the quality standards were met, use the IT systems to keep track of tasks and progress, coordination of internal specialists and sub-contractors, monitoring sub-contractors, oversee the accounting, cashflow, costing and billing.
