  •Worked on the design of a low-cost water purification device to purify drinking water at a household level using locally available materials. •Took into account information from various sources, and incorporated it into improving the design of an existing clay filtration system.•Carried out risk analysis for the use of solar purification and clay vessel filtration.•Worked as a project manager and developed a logical framework for the design.•Upon completion, the project will enable us to provide clean drinking water to 4000 refugees in Mayukwayukwa within the first year.   •Currently working as a Consultant within Strategy and Controls within CDD (Cyber, Digital, and Data) in Risk Advisory.•Tested General IT Risk Controls for a broad range of clients in the corporate public sector including multinational corporate businesses such as energy providers, transportation, and insurance providers.•Analyzed IT systems for these Risk Advisory clients, mapped pertinent controls, and performed control testing.•Undertook technical training for SAP, AWS Cloud, IT Audit Fundamentals, SOX ITGC Audit Concepts, Technology Assurance and Controls, and Test Assurance.•Critically evaluated EPR implementation readiness of one the largest IT Programmes of a Healthcare Trust. Through interviews and document reviews, assessed program against critical path and best practice expectations. Strengthened the program by providing recommendations to mitigate risks and ensured the program remained on track for a successful go-live.•Supported a fast-paced assurance project for an American transportation Company and helped with the end-to-end testing of the automated controls that supported conditions set by regulatory authority. I independently documented findings for areas such as complaints handling, product change management, etc. Identified and escalated issues to senior management to validate observations and ensured the high quality of the final deliverable.•Carried out an independent and objective review of the current strategies of a leading global insurer. Identified and documented key themes through analysis of documents.
