      As a Field technician my main role was to fix faulty phone lines either Copper or Fiber. I also had to do internet installation and troubleshooting. As a Designer at Belize Telecommunications Limited I worked designing FTTH proposals prior to installations. I was trained for Fiber optics installation as well as designing Physically hardware to virtual so they can be used with Software.

      As a Product Support Tech I had to take inbound calls as well as emails and chat. We worked mainly with Apple products for the POS applications. Troubleshooting was done daily with Credit Card readers configuration as well as Apple products. Website backend interface configurations to update customers accounts or their own websites distributed by the Company.

      Customer support at Dealer Spike included Inbound calls as well as Remote Accessing Customers computers to make configurations regarding the POS application. I also had to do Data entry on the database. MySQL was necessary to run queries while troubleshooting errors customers had reported. Support was also provided on how to use the POS application when customers got stuck.
