  Responsible for Lindex Franchise worldwide, have opened stores in 12 countries, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Serbia, Iceland, Denmark, Kosovo, Albania, Malta, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Croatia & Tunisia. Won two awards within international Franchise for our concept and execution. Got certified by Swedish Franchise Association 2023. Built a network of international business and retail contacts. Responsible for a lot of different areas in the company, with focus on the service functions (staff of about 15 people), was responsible for suppliers regarding leasing agreements for our cars, office equipment, developed the telecommunication in Lindex etc. Handled our offices in Gothenburg, Alingsås, Partille & Stockholm. Was also involved in different project such as the purchase of Twilfit, building our first internal DC (in Partille), moving the Lindex Head office to Gothenburg etc. etc. Responsible at AB Lindex for the Integration between Lindex and Lindex new owner Stockmann Group. Worked closely in cooperation with Lindex- and Stockmann management teams. Head of security, insurance and crisis management for the Lindex Group. Founded Lindex Group Communication department in cooperation with Lindex Management. Contact person for press related issues. Developed and was project leader for Lindex Intranet (Index), official website, Investor Relations website and image database.
