      As a new role, my main task was to develop and improve the local reporting for Nordic Supply chain and Nordic Senior management. I was also responsible for setting up the yearly KPIs & Budget for Nordic Supply Chain and follow up and report the progress throughout the year.In my role, I was also responsible for creating a business case to evaluate our pre-whole- & wholesaler contracts for the Nordic countries and look into the possibility to create a Nordic hub. Based on that business case the decision was made to move the Actavis warehouse in Norway to Denmark, which was already supporting both Finland and Denmark. After the final decision, I was in charge of the whole project, with the goal of moving the warehouse in a timely manner, at a minimized cost and without any master data disruption.I was also part of the integration work during two different mergers. When Actavis and Allergan merged in 2015, I was responsible for evaluating Allergan's pre-wholesale contracts and looking into the possibility to integrate both companies under the same agreements.When Actavis GX and TEVA Pharmaceuticals merged in 2016, I was part of the project team that was working with the "new" TEVA Nordic Supply Chain future setup. I was responsible for calculating costs for Actavis GX pre-wholesale and wholesale volumes by using current agreements that TEVA had in place in the Nordics. Show less
