  I held a number of positions at LACS from a graduate support worker at a large hostel in Tower Hamlets, then team leader until 2011, implementation manager across multiple services, then finally Contract Manager at a 42 bed single homeless hostel in Southwark from 2012 - 2013.

  Lead Manager of 19 bed hostel for single homeless people in Waterloo and two satellite services (5 bed and 7 bed homes) in Camberwell and Brixton. During my time there I managed a staff team of fifteen employees whilst the project was part of a pilot scheme integrating a Clinical and Assistant Psychologist from the NHS into the service to provide therapy and create a 'Psychologically Informed Environment' at the project.
