  Part of the team, building the Desalination Plant and Remineralization Unit (DPRU) in North Field East, NFXP by Qatar Energy.The Engineering and Procurement deliverables are executed by Acciona Agua in close association with Acciona team members in Spain. The onward reporting to CTJV/QE concerning baseline, progress etc. is consolidated by incorporating inputs from specialist subcontractors, who are executing all site activities. Acciona supervises all works at site, co-ordinating Engineering and Procurement.In addition to the mundane routine deliverables, I have been able to create various insightful dashboards with the huge data available in the form of work tags. All activities executed at the site are attached to an associated completions tag segregated into systems and subsystems. These are assigned weightage and progress is measured. The raw data is fed to an SQL based software. The progress figures were obtained from the stakeholders after a few days and had no real visibility until I could successfully create PowerBI based dashboard to compute the progress based on weightages, Field Work Categories, Work Steps and work rates assigned.Various other dashboards too have been put in place to measure budget vs actual manhours consumption, work tags population etc. to name a few.
