  Clubhouse is a Child Care Program ages TK-5 located directly on several school campuses in Los Gatos, offering half day TK/kindergarten programs and quality after school care. Responsible for overseeing multiple Clubhouse sites to ensure quality programs that are engaging to students and aid in the social, emotional and physical development of students in our programs. Also responsible for annual budgeting, ongoing marketing, and scheduling. Managed all Clubhouse staff including Site Supervisors, Senior Recreation Leaders, and Recreation Leaders. This included hiring, training, performance, mentorship, and scheduling. Updated Site Safety procedures focusing on emergency preparedness.Adapted to the varying stages of the pandemic to meet the care needs of the community. This included an introduction of virtual programs, small cohort in person camps, and school site remote learning support groups. Authored COVID-19 reopening plans, educated staff on policies, and diligently followed changes in County guidelines and restrictions to ensure the safest environment possible. Show less Blossom Hill Clubhouse is located at Blossom Hill Elementary in Los Gatos. The site offered before school care, half day Kindergarten Care and After School Programing for grades TK-5. In my role I was responsible for planning and facilitating meaningful enrichment activities as well as managing operations of the facility. Developed a monthly calendar of developmentally appropriate and engaging activities for Kinder Program and After School Programs, including: art, outdoor games, cooking, homework help, science experiments and opportunities for free play. Responsible for purchasing materials and snack items within budget. Executed these activities and events on a daily basis.Lead Senior Recreation Leaders and Recreation Leaders by assigning shifts, mentoring throughout shift, teaching during staff meetings, and evaluation performance.Engage with students and parents, as well as local school staff.
