Implemented QRM to reduce the throughput time of the product, create a self-managing team and increase customer satisfaction. The team is 25 people strong and expanding. Coordinated internal resources and various vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.Ensured that all projects were delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Projects include robot automations, rolling out new technologies and setting up assembly lines.
