  Pilot Line Engineer for 44 semiconductor tools from more than 10 different vendors.Leading and organizing a bi-weekly ‘Tool Alignment Meeting’, including Technicians, Engineers, Researchers and management, for a group of 10 furnace tools.Cross-functional team leader responsible for 6 process engineers:• the wafercost and FOUP budget, 2018 ended with a 30% cut in costs.• initiating cost reduction projects, automation projects and standardizing procedures

  Team leader responsible for a greenfield manufacturing line producing scroll compressors. Equipment ranges from CNC-machines to testing cells and from automated assembly cells to paintbooths. Implemented QRM to reduce the throughput time of the product, create a self-managing team and increase customer satisfaction. The team is 25 people strong and expanding. Coordinated internal resources and various vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.Ensured that all projects were delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Projects include robot automations, rolling out new technologies and setting up assembly lines.
