I engineered digital experiences with talented architects, designers, & developers for consumer product sales.During the latter half of my time at R/A, I was the primary designer for all United Dairy Farmers campaigns. I was also an intricate member of a petite creative team in UDF’s brand equity redesign & implementation strategy.       At Stream there was one of everything—one creative director, designer, writer, developer, and account manager. Working as the lone designer I delivered retail and ecommerce experiences to our full client roster.Wood Co. was one of my favorite projects. A development company best known for their revitalization of Columbus's arts district, The Short North. We surveyed Wood Co.'s tenants and found that they were indeed the unsung hero and in need of a brand refresh. We identified who they were and what they brought to the table everyday. We created a new brand identity package and reformatted all marketing materials. Since the refresh, Wood Companies was selected for a $100 M project that will change the Columbus city skyline forever. They’ve also developed three residential/commercial spaces in the short north, and are no longer the unsung hero.I had a couple of other notable opportunities while working at Stream Digital; to co-build 4+ Shopify ecommerce experiences and to design my first Microsoft Sharepoint intranet for an in-state bank.       As a senior designer, part of my job was designing digital assets for our media testing engine; a system designed to serve ads to the people who actually cared about them. This was challenging for the creative team—we realized we were the bottle neck and decided to reflect on our methods and to find some better ones. After some investigation, I found a possible solution. By inputting information and linking to sources within Excel we could attribute that info and those sources to elements in Photoshop, automating the process. Our team tested the new process, optimizing our time output by roughly 200%, eliminating legacy errors with outdated copy to zero, and creating more assets that better equipped our data and media teams to use when needed. All in all, it solved the problem.I also had the opportunity to create spec work for a handful of RFPs. Orange Theory Fitness stands out—mostly because we won the business. The RFP was a social media campaign for new franchisees to bring new clients in. Our team immersed ourselves in the Orange Theory experience, created consumer journey maps, and created a campaign for Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. The best creative that launched during my time on the crew would be BroadwayHD. BroadwayHD democratizes the New York theatre experience, but said experience needed some work. Although we didn't get to create a virtual, social experience using VR like I had hoped, the site (link below) solved the client's main issues; promotion, navigation, community, freemium content, and brand.       As an agency product lead, I worked to better the digital environment in tech education as a UX/UI designer for Macmillan Learning, introduced a personal shopping assistant to multiple grocery retailers as mobile applications, ran heuristic evaluations for multiple clients to form a baseline for product growth, analyzed current user behavior with tools like Pendo and Google Data studio, and ran remote and in-person design sprints which gave our clients a user-tested prototype in just 1 week.
