  Assist the Biomedical Manager in the bidding of turnkey projects right from the sourcing of products on a global scale to the technical bid preparation and final submission.Perform a variety of routine and complex tasks associated with planning, preparation / Equipment Set-up , On-site Installation, Equipment Upgrades, Testing & Quality Assurance, Technical Bid Preparation, Customer Service & Retention and Vendor Relations & Service Contracts.Installation, commissioning, end user training and maintenance of Bio-Medical equipments included but were not limited to Nihon Kohden Defibrillator & EEG units, AABR Screener MAICO MB11 with BERAphone, Sigma Centrifuge, Gallsmed Ultraloc Immobilization system, Pediatric Sleeves & Baby Board, Fluke Safety Portable Appliance Tester, Sony Medical grade Monitors, Recorders & Printers, Metro Lifeline CPR carts and handling of Mallinckrodt Nuclear pharmaceuticals.All incoming Bio-Medical Equipments / Products inspected as per Bio Medical departmental policy and perform pre-acceptance checks.Provide training in the principles and procedures of operation of technical equipment for the medical, nursing, engineering and other technical and professional staff.Respond to customer requests for emergency service; Determines cause(s), troubleshoots and takes corrective action.
