  Provides assistance and resources to fraternities/sororities. Through direct advisement, programs and resources, a values-based leadership experience is available to students through involvement with fraternity/sorority life.Work with the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life to provide advising to the Hok Nosai, Inter-fraternity, Diversified Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic, and Collage Panhellenic Association and serve as a liaison to their respective headquarters, as well as their member organizations on programs and activities, university policies and regulations and administrative matters related to their organizations. Serve as a liaison to alumni; chapter advisors and other university departments and stakeholders. Assist the Associate Director of Fraternities and Sororities to provide administrative, programmatic, and leadership support for fraternity/sorority community-wide programs/activities including. Develop curricula for Greek Life educational programs. Serve as a Fraternity and Sorority Life representative for New Student Orientation programs and events. Assist with the marketing and promotional material for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Assist the Associate Director of Fraternities and Sororities to plan and assess leadership development and educational programming within the Greek community including officer training/transition, new member education and risk management. Plan and implement the Leadership Awards process. Meet with chapter presidents at least twice per semester to assist in their leadership development and address any chapter concerns. Coordinate and/or provide support for recruitment and intake processes. Supervise at least one student worker. Professional development is required and funded. Work also includes other duties as assigned by the Director of Campus Engagement and Leadership. Occasional late night and weekend work is required. Show less
