  I started in the Aviva Stadium as a team member and mainly would be on the front of house, serving. When I turned 18 I was asked to be a team leader and I loved it. As this work was only casual work I ended up having to leave.

  As a team member I am multiskilled, every day I could be on a different department such as retail, floor, or even bar. I'm also involved in the buddy team which is used to help recruit and train new staff, since returning from Covid we have found it hard to recruit until the pay went up in January so recently we've had lots of new employees so a lot of my shifts have been training shifts which I enjoy most.
