Supported the CET’s objectives by conducting a meta-evaluation of the current evaluation processes utilized for a multitude of access and outreach programs in the GTA (100+), identifying promising practices and developing an “Evaluation Toolkit” for practitioners to utilize.

  Support the Foundation's mission of improving the lives of children, youth and families involved in the child welfare system by• leading the development of evaluation frameworks, tools, and metrics to measure the impact of CAFC grants and programs; and • gathering research and evidence to deepen the Foundation’s understanding of the child welfare sector, inform strategic, policy and programming decisions and assist in the development of granting strategies and frameworks I'm very excited to be a part of the team at the CAFC as their Research & Evaluation Officer. I support the foundation's mission of improving the lives children and youth growing up in the child welfare system by helping CAFC to measure the impacts of their grants and programs and by providing research support to inform evidence-based strategic, policy and programming decisions.
