      ● Operations expert in research and engineering team leading design, testing, implementation, and commercialization of new pressure pumping surface equipment and technology. ● Defined key performance indicators and objectives for new technologies. Primary objectives regarded safety, functionality, operability, reliability, maintainability, transportability, and financial feasibility.● Completed economic feasibility studies for design and development, commercialization, and sustainability of new technologies and equipment. Presented and consulted at corporate executive level meetings to determine which new technologies would have biggest commercial impacts and environmental benefits.● Designed, coordinated, and executed large scale tests for new equipment. Some tests involved pumping slurry at 2,000 gallons per minute at 10,000 psi. All tests were successfully completed with no service quality or safety incidents. ● Wrote operations and maintenance manuals and contingency plans for new equipment.● Planned, supervised, and implemented first successful field test of automated high-pressure manifold trailer on active well-site, meeting all key performance objectives.● Trained equipment operators, crew supervisors, and engineers to rig up and operate new equipment technologies.● Presented to clients, successfully reaching agreements to field test new equipment on their active well-sites. Show less ● Worked as District Manager and Lead Technical Engineer for over 4 months cumulatively, managing up to 95 personnel (three separate 24 hr. crews), district laboratory, and $250M+ of equipment assets. Those projects accounted for 78% of total new technology revenue in 2015-2016 in the West Division, exceeding new technology revenue objectives.● Evaluated oil and gas reservoirs in WY, CO, ND, and MT using geotechnical and prior completion/production data to optimize pumping designs using new technology services. Three of those studies successfully earned new contracts for work using new technologies, exceeding $28M in revenue cumulatively.● Supervised preparation of client well-sites to optimize equipment, infrastructure, and logistical layouts prior to jobs. Show less ● Lead operational expert in US West Division for a specific new pressure pumping technology. Responsibilities included training, supervising, and planning rig up, safety, logistics, and pumping operations and consulting on technology improvements.● Supervised 15+ person crews during mobilization and execution of many pressure pumping jobs (70+).● Trained 20+ crews to pump using new technology equipment and operation (BroadBand Sequence). It became the highest grossing new technology in the Division during this time, exceeding 70% of new technology revue.● Developed and implemented new pumping, rig up, and maintenance methods for BroadBand Sequence. ● Published six technical and operational papers on companies global internal library.● Graduated two 2-month long technical training classes in Abu-Dhabi, UAE and Tyumen, Siberia – both first in class.
