      I joined this organization as the Assistant Manager and with my hard work and dedication, soon moved up to being the Deputy Manager for Career Services line of business and now I’m the Operations Head for Careerplus platform here.My core responsibility here includes handling alliances, vendors, business partners, and client servicing of entire Careerplus portal. To elaborate,I have been handling domestic and international resumes, LinkedIn (social media) writing, portfolio and profile highlighter services; raising invoices and managing escalations if any.From the time I joined in, till now, I was instrumental in increasing the revenue generation of the business vertical by enhancing the growth of the business online, also increasing the monthly productive capacity of processing.Moreover,I ensured increased capacity utilization of writers through regular follow up for both in-house associates and outsourced vendors.During my stint here, I introduced internal contests and a customer friendly dashboard, and re-defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for customer query resolution and closure.
