Projects: Hoylake Cottage Hospital (Healthcare) I was involved in the on-going expansion and redevelopment of Hoylake Cottage Hospital with a contract value of over £1million. I produced floor plans, elevations and room data sheets. I was also responsible for the design of the reception area, internal screens and external landscaping areas. I assisted the lead architect in the production of detailed project reports/brochures for the client with reference to future scheme proposals.Boothstown Methodist Church (Ecclesiastical)I was involved in the design and construction of a new Methodist church in Boothstown, Manchester, with a contract value of approximately £450k. I carried out site visits to collate information and measurements for technical drawings. I assisted with the formation of the tender package and design specification. I produced the majority of working drawings and details. Throughout the project I attended site meetings and regularly liaised with the local authorities and client. Various (Commercial, Residential)I carried out a variety of site surveys ranging from small commercial offices to large care homes throughout the North West.
