  I have played a pivotal role in the conceptual designing of jigs and fixtures for aircraft components, undertaking significant projects that showcase my expertise. Among my major accomplishments, I led the conceptual designing efforts for a Sub-Assembly Jig dedicated to the Jaguar nose cone assembly. Additionally, I spearheaded the conceptual design of a Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Centre Fuselage Side Panel LH Sub-Assembly Jig, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.Furthermore, I contributed to the drafting and detailing of a Master Tooling Gauge Sliding Member assembly, specifically tailored for checking the FR26 assembly jig. Another noteworthy project involved the conceptual design of a Master Tooling Gauge (MTG) for the front fuselage of the LCA Fighter Aircraft. This comprehensive MTG facilitated the meticulous inspection of critical points, including Canopy Hinge & Lock points, MLG Door hinge points, NLG, Jack bracket, Air intake Location, and Stub wing Location.
