Our program serves as an extension of the classroom, providing support for student-athlete academic success and addressing their psychological, social, and physical needs. Effectively communicate the school’s athletic vision, opportunities, and expectations to all stakeholders. Develop a mission-based, data-informed athletic strategic plan that will guide the athletics program for the next five years. Successfully hired seven new Varsity coaches, with the soccer and swim teams achieving national standing and winning MIAA conference championships. Build and maintain community partnerships for garnering support from families, alumni, and donors. Lead and manage an athletics department, consisting of over 125 members, including Assistant Athletic Directors, administrative and training staff, strength and conditioning staff, and coaches for Varsity, JV, and under-squad teams. Participate in various leadership committees, such as the President’s Leadership Team, Athletics Committee Chair, Enrollment Management Committee, and Buildings and Grounds Committee, .
