Production System Planning- Assessing overall production capacity and propose alternative water resources such as reclaim water, sea water in order to meet the demand more than 6000 million liters per day by 2030- Conduct Feasibility Study and FEED for Langat 2 and Rasau water supply scheme in treatment plant mechanical equipment, coordinate with other deparments to ensure project completion by 2030. Show less *Operation and system commissioning - Responsible for troubleshooting inspecting equipment and resolving technical issues to identify the source of defects on site; Generating reports to management for all technical predicament and complication of all newly installed mechanical equipment. - Lead the mechanical team in troubleshooting, carry out diagnosis, inspecting the equipment to resolves technical issues at the treatment plant. - Carry out root cause analysis (RCA) with multiple teams in Maintenance Unit to eliminate factors that cause non-conformance and identify appropiate solutions.Planning and Design- Provide technical information and design recommendation for the management to improve the production capacity to 1100 million liters per day.- Lead the mechanical unit in implementation and modification of any mechanical related project to optimized the efficiency o fthe equipment and reduce water loss to 20% Show less
