      Coordinate acquisition and divestiture transactions and due diligence processes, conduct financial analysis of corporate merger and acquisition opportunities, and prepare material in support of strategy sessions for the Board of Directors. Primarily accountable for the Path Maximization Initiative looking to create long term value and manage risk across our Canada and U.S. natural gas pipeline assets. Managed the long term capacity of the Canadian Mainline and Mexico assets, designing new facilities to match demand; developed long term pipeline and compressor operating strategies and performed economic analysis for new service offerings. Had the opportunity to rotate within the Commercial Services Optimization Design department spending time in various groups including Mainline Planning, Operations Planning, and Customer Solutions.
