Within my university campus, after I was awarded with a short leadership lessons certificate; I integrated within AYLF functioning within my campus. At the end of the year 2016, I started to volunteer and responsibilities and achievements i have are the following:Collaborate with other executives in coordinating all aspects of external relations, schedule andcoordinate the efforts of student volunteers for target projects Maintain database of volunteers’ participation and skills to assist future planning. Give short leadership trainings for members of the forum at different occasions since 2017, Mobilize other students to join the forum and support the coordination team in their different tasks. Its first implementation was done in Nyamagabe district within the southern province of Rwanda country where I supported coordination of distribution of school learning materials under the “Backpack-2-School” project reaching 50 elementary school children.
