      I created this successful Alexander Technique practice that serviced Sydney's North Shore and Newcastle for many years.I saw thousands of clients through this practice and taught them that the simple and constant application of Alexander's discovery could manage many health conditions, increase the quality and outcome of many practiced applications such as playing a musical instrument or acting on a stage and lead to fundamental choice of how we can respond to stimuli.

      I wrote and lectured on Occupational Health and Safety for the IT Department at Tafe Northern Sydney Institute. My course looked at the minimisation of harm from soft tissue injury for computer users and set down strategies that students could use to ensure an ergonomically sound workplace.

I oversaw a 26% drop in false alarm call out and fines saving approximately $70,000 per year in penalties for nuisance call outs. Provided management for implementation of cutting edge technology to bring a new paradigm to fire response in complex locations.
