  Science without Borders was a large scale nationwide scholarship program primarily funded by the Brazilian federal government. The program sought to strengthen and expand the initiatives of science and technology, innovation and competitiveness through international mobility of undergraduate and graduate students and researchers. Through this program I was able to study English as second language at Eastern Washington University, WA and I also studied Graphic Design at Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. Show less

  The New Entrepreneurs Fair brings together students with new businesses from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio, Brazil. This project was created in one of the entrepreneurship classes at PUC-Rio in 2014, and it rapidly became one of the most important fairs for young entrepreneurs in the city of Rio. As the Manager of Design and Marketing, I was in charge of selection, organization, liaising with external brands, branding, graphic language and social media.

  Digital Media Designer

  At Airbnb I created visual systems for internal and external productions that reached thousands of employees and hosts on a global scale. I was also responsible for the rebranding, photography and hub page of the Let's Talk Experiences Program. In this recurring series, translated in 11 different languages, thousands of hosts around the world can join members of the Airbnb team and top hosts from the community to deep-dive into topics related to their work as hosts. Beyond that, I collaborated closely with engineers and created the Air TV brand, the Airbnb official video and TV channel for employees. My work also consisted on the creation of high quality digital assets including but not limited to: video graphics packages for episodic programming and live productions, short form videos and low lift custom animations, branding, concepting and creation of graphic guidelines for internal programs, storyboards, animated slide decks, maintaining a deep level of knowledge around industry trends and practices.Manage team website ensuring it is current and visually pleasing, create hub pages and websites for other internal teams such as, Experiences Team and Let’s Talk Experiences program.Pitch, research, prepare, and produce professional quality digital photography for both internal and external audiences. Create original content through high-impact visual storytelling through image processing, editing, and archiving.
