  I was promoted to the largest mall in America to prove that it can make a hefty profit instead of losing more and more money every month. I was in charge of hiring, training, and retraining staff on top of being the top seller every month. Within 3 months I was able to make it the number 3 most lucrative location in the district, and after 5 months in the region. I was able to increase the sales margin from $1,312,581 to 1,962,225 and I was able to accomplish that by not letting any customer leave without making a purchase.   After success at the largest mall in the country, I was asked to be a manager at a location that had potential but hasn't turned a profit in years. After letting some staff members go, I did some much needed recruiting.I was able to transform the staff from paycheck players to a team that was hungry for not only making bank but bragging rights over the much higher traffic and volume locations. By the end of the first month, the store had had i'ts best month in almost a year. Since that first month the store became number one in the entire region in not only sales, but new credit accounts, warranties, and loose diamond sales,and very proud to say we finished 2018 number one in the region. I always lead by example and challenge my team to follows suit. Proud to say that with the right mindset and behavioral training I was able to help train an associate that started as a porter into one of our highest grossing sales associates in the store. One never knows how traffic might be. This month can be stellar, however the next might not and that’s why it’s vital to create a loyal clientele and make the moves that ensure you’ll be generating sales in any given month.
