  Working directly with/reporting to Maintenance Superintendent, here are the key responsibility: Prepare and issue weekly plan and schedule all activities within the week for all disciplines (Mechanic, Instrument, Electrical, System, Inspection, Civil & pipeline). Prepare and issue 28-days and 90-days look ahead plans for the sake of preparatory works in advance for major tasks and projects, such as (Plant shutdown, ordering parts, ITT, get an advance approval to release the critical units) Issue daily tracking and KPI report on daily planned activities and monitor and evaluate rescheduled jobs, un-planed jobs and backlog or outstanding work orders. Monitor daily activities using work orders status and PTW system. Generate and schedule preventive maintenance regime PM jobs against new assets and equipment. Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports of (CMMS, Planning and scheduling, work order statistics and PM vs CM ratio). Arrange monthly HSE meeting, attend and have my inputs to improve safety culture and prepare minute of meeting MOM and archive all the documents in a proper manner. Utilize corporate Maintenance computer programs and databases CMMS to provide information in a timely and efficient manner. daily contact with Operations/plant supervisor, Maintenance Supervisors to clarify work scopes on Maintenance Work Orders and its status, sequence of job steps, percentage completion, technical requirements, and feedback. Contact Operations Engineering personnel regarding engineering packages being executed by Maintenance such as MOC & ER and other projects and engineering requests. Participate to Identify and estimate: work and manpower requirement, special tool and equipment, lifting equipment, rental equipment, work and safety permits/procedures & confirming the delivery of all major equipment and materials.
