My responsibility was to direct the crew on what needed to happen to make the show run smoothly, keep the crew & entertainment focused to ensure the timetables were to be met so that everything stayed on-time. I had to coordinate all parking, equipment load-in/load-out, rehearsal times and stage times with the entertainment and the venues.
