  Underground Mine training

  This was my first mine experience. I was trained at Jhanjra coal project of E.C.L. of Coal india limited. Jhanjra underground project is considered as most advanced and mechanized underground mine of Coal India limited. Mine training start with the introduction of safety and safety features of various equipment and PPEs we used in mine during training. I come to know about Coal, its properties that we excavate their, total mine production, different roof supporting systems, ventilation system and process of extractions of coal. Their for the first time I witness the long wall method of coal mining and power support systems. Some of the key learning are:-1. Long-wall method of coal mining.2. Roof bolting methods, techniques and its uses.3. Different coal cutting mechanism like use of continuous miner, shearer, power support and blasting techniques.4. Mine surveying tools, techniques and expansion of galleries, dip and rise etc.5. Mine ventilation tools, techniques detection of mine gases and associated equipment.6. Observe different haulage and transport mechanisms like convayor belts, feeder cars, Ram cars, SDL, LHD. Also rope winding system, their maintenance and operations. Apart from these, the overall mining experience the mechanism and techniques that i learn was incredible and love to work in that challenging industries. Show less

  Amrita technologies is a leading Healthcare IT service providers with clients like BARC, Sir Sundarlal Hospital etc. In Sir Sundar lal Hospital( a leading public hospital of north india with bed capacity of approx 1500 patients) Amrita is providing IT solutions and hospital management system to digitalis whole hospital. As the hospital is very large, it is one of the leading project. I, as an intern, played a key role in the implementation of HIMS and its management. My internship started with the introduction of digital hospital management system and I got the chance to use to their softwares and their functions. I learnt its functions and understood how to manage and take care of it. I helped the senior authorities in starting their next module OPD encountering and lab information system(lis).   Opencast Mining Training

  Open cast mining methods are extensively used in coal production as well as metal mining. Production of minerals by opencast mining methods requires high level of mechanization as well as planning. Hence our training at Sonepur bazari project of E.C.L. (a subsidiary of Coal India Limited) started at planning and surveying division. This is the key work which helped us estimate the amount of reserve and methodology of development and production. We come across the working of various HEMMs like dumpers, drag-lines shovels and their safety features. OITDS(operator independent tract dispatch system) a brand new technology used in mines to monitor the position and performance of various HEMMs and instruct them accordingly was one of the main key learning of training. Working on slope stability of dump zones, drilling and blasting of coal, and their loading mechanisms were also among the part of training. Some of the key learning were :- 1. O.I.T.D.S(operator independent truck dispatch system) - working , mechanisms and uses.2. Drilling and blasting techniques and use of explosives.3. Drag-line- Its working and safety features and capacity.4. Mine planning, Rehabilitation methods used in mine out areas and its process.5. Surface miners used for cutting of coal, their mechanism and safety features.Apart from all these the mining and OITDS experience was awesome and helpful for future. Show less

  👉Orica- A Australia based multinational Company for which safety, values, and ethics and customer satisfaction are of utmost importance. My internship started with safety training which made me aware of different safety practices, tools, and equipment such as PPEs, Take 5, JSERA, etc. I also got the opportunity to visit Orica’s largest explosive manufacturing unit in Asia and learned various insights about explosive manufacturing and its uses.I was located at Tata Steel mine (Joda East Iron Mine) at Joda, Keonjhar where I successfully conducted the trails of BlastIQ software ( the future of blasting technology) and did the base-lining for High Energy Bulk. During the internship, I learned the various insights of advanced blasting technologies, Electronic blasting systems, opencut mining operations, and use software like Shotplus 5, Powerseive, Cycad, etc.💪Bagged A PPO after the completion of the internship.
