      • Supervise program staff and the development of program regulations, the preparation ad dissemination of information on existing and new CalWORKs program law, regulations and policies by communicating the information to counties verbally and in writing by various mechanisms, such as All County Letters and All County Information Notices. Provide timely and accurate program consultation services pertaining to CalWORKs requirements to various entities in and outside the Department. Supervise the development of program forms and notices of action. Participate in litigation settlement analysis and negotiations; prepare policy changes to implement court orders.
