  • Currently working for PURCO SA (Purchasing Consortium) from August 2019 – present.o Outsourced to Nelson Mandela University as an IT Technician. Relocate computers and install them. Data backups and migrating users to new devices. Solve end user support related problems. Configure installed hardware to work with new software. Solve hardware related issues and replace where required. Deal with warranty faults and liaising with vendors for repairs. Use the HelpDesk system to obtain logged calls for areas of responsibility. Investigate and solve users network errors and escalate when required. Maintain a hardware inventory database of areas of responsibility.
