Integrate CAD and other spatial data as needed for GIS program projects, perform GIS analysis, queries, searches, and data manipulation and hire consultants when necessary to assist staff, provide advanced services or complete unique project requirements.- Serve as GIS Information Subject Matter Expert (SME) to MEMECS staff, engineers, planners and developers related to asset locations, floodplain information, and the use of spatial data to support ongoing projects/goals.- Support MEMECS’s CarteGraph Asset Management software, which has an extensive GIS toolset.
