  As a volunteer in a research laboratory, I played a key role in two projects focused on studying various aspects of murine cerebellum development. These projects involved a range of research techniques, including cell culture, knock-downs of key genes, and immunofluorescence microscopy. I was responsible for both planning and executing each step of the projects, and also performed several bench skills such as In-situ Hybridisation, RNA scope, Q-PCR and electroporation. Additionally, I utilized various bioinformatic tools and resources to plan experiments, identify key genes, and determine specific time points in development.
