In addition, he is also handling transactions related to Technology & Telecommunication and Aviation cluster.He was based in Beijing for 4 years from 2008 to 2012 working for Credit Suisse AG in the Corporate Real Estate & Services Division managing the Bank’s China Transactions, Lease Administration, Projects and Facilities Management. His role was to manage all the lease transactions including acquisitions and relocations for Credit Suisse in China and its joint venture (JV) partner, Founder Securities. Prior to 2008, he was working in Savills Singapore as a Tenant Representative in the commercial leasing department. In the early stage of his career, he was with one of Singapore’s leading property developers, Far East Organization, where he undertook a full spectrum of marketing activities for the sale of commercial and residential properties in Singapore, Greater China, Hong Kong and Indonesia.   Based in Singapore, Lynus is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with data centre and industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory strategy. Lynus joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Director of Data Centre & Real Estate Brokerage and spearheaded the company’s data centre operations in Singapore. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, he is a Certified Data Centre Specialist and has also managed transactions in the Technology & Telecommunication and Aviation sectors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he also held roles at Credit Suisse Beijing and Savills Singapore.
