I work with students to help give them the best experience possible while at UCONN. Through the Center, we offer support to undergrads and MBAs. We provide internships and other job-related support such as bringing Argus certification to campus. I also work with the industry to provide information about economic development and real estate. Our job-one is students. Then job-two is the industry. As a professor, I also do academic research about real estate. Under the leadership of the prior directors of C F Sirmans and John Clapp the Real Estate program has been consistently ranked in the TOP 10 by US News. Recently the Real Estate Program has been ranked NO 1 in research among global programs--Professor Clapp and Ghosh were singled out for their excellence in research. John Harding and Steve Ross were also strong contributors to the UCONN research ranking. Show less
