Plan, estimate and execute construction for both remodel and new development. Hired a competent team of trades people and subcontractors, supervised budgeting and purchasing, delegated daily tasks, and managed customer interactions. AchievementsSecured a two year, $20 million luxury home remodel. Won client trust during the protection phase. Met project deadline by setting proper expectations while directing the estimating and contract writing phase. Incorporated weekly client meetings and communications and worked closely with designer, architect, and city officials for approvals and certificates of completions. Won a $500,000 kitchen and bath remodel project. Applied for city permits and plan check as well as initial building inspection. Successfully met client's vision in spite of strict remodel parameters set by the Santa Barbara Heritage Trust.
