Meno dettagli As a Sales Assistant, I was responsible for learning the fundamentals of the steel business, including the different types of products, production processes, and global market trends. I then studied Pipex Italia’s areas of activity, starting with an intensive visit to the mother company in the Slovak Republic to acquire the necessary knowledge about its product range and production plant characteristics. I continued my training by supporting the company management during visits to other active suppliers in Europe and China.My relationship with customers began with managing logistics and booking orders in production for simple steel products like billets, bars, beams, and profiles. By improving the confidence of European customers, I was able to expand the scope of our activity to include more complex products like seamless steel tubes, which are the main product for the company.
