  - Led all aspects of the organisation and built a team, which grew from 8 to 25 research and corporate services staff, plus a network of associates. - Led teams to secure longitudinal contracts, the largest of which was a 9 year contract to evaluate £112m investment by the National Lottery in the Fulfilling Lives Programme, worth £2.2 million. - Responsibility for the financial and operational performance of CFE reporting to the Board.- Led the development and execution of CFE's strategic plan, as well as business development strategies, risk registers and annual operating plans.- Extensive experience in the design, direction and delivery of a range of research and evaluation projects and oversight and lead authorship of reports in the policy areas of: education, wellbeing and sport; and employment and skills.- One of the first UK researchers to apply behavioural economics to understanding student choice, and undertook advisory studies to inform reviews UK reviews of the provision of information about higher education.- Substantial experience securing places on procurement frameworks and led CFE to secure a place as one of only five suppliers, and the only SME, on the Cabinet Office £16m Behavioural Insights Framework. عرض أقل

I develop systems and processes to assess the quality and impact of the Atlantic Institute offerings, including a rigorous and innovative suite of evaluation methodologies and a system for capturing and analysing learning.
