  Duties and Responsibilities:- Generating technical hand-over package for initiating the development process- Daily communication with development teams in Asia to complete prototype samples and to prepare for production- Follow up on fit & wear testing with test coordinator. Evaluate the feedback and implement revisions to development teams in Asia- Confirmation of final production confirmation samples- Creating accurate cost estimates of material updates and new upper projects- Analysing CBD's to try and reduce price or improve shoes whilst keeping target price- Assist with colour and material selection, shoe construction and manufacturing processes of projects- Deconstruct shoes and analyse the mechanical properties- Creating 3D line drawings and material maps for the design team- Being involved in international product review meetings Show less
