  Project Management Intern

  As a Project Management Intern with BBL, I was part of the Project Management Team on a ~250,000 sqft R&D/Office Building, divided into three phases. I attended weekly Subcontractor, Submittal and RFI, and Coordination Meetings, and prepared any documentation, such as RFIs, following these meetings. I received and reviewed Submittals and RFIs from subcontractors and sent these to the design team via Procore. Upon receiving a response, I reviewed all comments and distributed official responses to subcontractors and marked up the necessary drawings. Additionally, I prepared and distributed the punch list for one phase and assigned work to subcontractors. I monitored their progress and updated the status of punch list items as necessary. Finally, I kept up with the status of the project, such as procurement and construction schedules, and worked with the team to identify any possible challenges and proactively react to these challenges.
