  • Working with approximately 250+/- custom builders and/or system resellers on the East Coast. Assisting them in their continued training and meeting their qualifications for the Intel Technology Provider Program; assisting with training credits, the partner portal login information. Aside from building those relationships with my partners, I am their go to person for anything relating to branded system and components availability, providing them with training on new product, compatibility on servers, mobile, and desktop solutions. On a continual basis, I am providing feedback to our upper management team; on what is/is not doing well, best business practices, and areas where we can improve with our partners. Show less I work for the Whirlpool team, which is where I started with Marketstar, 9 years ago. I started with Whirlpool, doing follow up surveys on Field representatives, into a VBA position a year later. I did start calling big box stores like Best Buy, Sears and Lowes...but when I was hired into the VBA position, was the same time that Whirlpool was merging with Maytag, so I not just had to learn the Whirlpool products, but the Maytag line up as well; which we then added Home Depot to our list of big box stores to call. About a year and a half later, Home Depot decided that they wanted a VBA that was Home Depot specific, which is when I took on that role. Learning processes and procedures of the HD stores was a bit challenging, but challenges are my forte', so I welcomed it with open arms. I still continue to grow with the HD team, inside Whirlpool/Marketstar, being a channel champ, working with the MET teams, and continuing trainings and product support for over 250 Home Depot stores.   I was acting supervisor at a dollar store, making sure that customers were taken care of, ringing up customers, stocking shelves, setting up endcaps/displays. Also did a bit of bookkeeping, counting tills at night, doing drops, and end of shift duties.
