  - Responsible to prepare Asset Management Plans for systematic decision making on asset related issues- Responsible to prepare Sewerage Development Plan to guide the Capital Works Program and developer-built sewerage assets- Prepare proposed project reports (Project Brief, Term of Reference, Creativity Index, Scoring and Estimated Budget) for all projects identified for implementation to enable correct design and implementation under Asset Management Plan (AMP), Rancangan Malaysia (RMK) and SPAN Sewerage Capital Contribution Fund (SCC)- Compile planning correct and timely input for development submission files Structure Plans and Local Plans to ensure streamlined development of sewerage infrastructure in line with National and Company goals- Liaise with developers, consultant, contractors, all relevant local authorities (Local Authorities, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan (JPP), Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN), Kementerian Sumber Asli, Alam Sekitar dan Perubahan Iklim (NRECC), Unit Kerjasama Awam Swasta (UKAS), Department of Environment (DOE) and other parties for work coordination- Able to attend Greater Kuala Lumpur (GKL) meeting and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Also, site visit with client, contractor and consultant for any issues- Preparing Business Initiatives to propose National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS), Water Reticulation Plant (WRP), Food Oil & Grease (FOG), Private – Government STP Connection and Billboard to enhance revenue to IWK- Responsible to attend Value Management (VM) and assist client in term of pre-consult for government projects- Monitoring Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) in order to prevent extreme/high risk in IWK- To assist Unit Operation Shah Alam to obtain SIRIM certification for Asset Management System (ISO 55001:2014)- As an IWK Internal Auditor.
