      A mix of operational and project management responsibilities for the performance management, training, career development and wellbeing of a specialist team supporting an elite Battalion. • Part of a £150m project to introduce new night vision and range finder technology into our capability, concluding in 5 international providers being expertly tested, troubleshot and assessed against requirements in different global theatres.• Planned and project managed three training cycles where up to 27 soldiers were required to pass a critical training programme. Requiring excellent organisation and management.• Analysed the career profiles of 46 soldiers and generated personal development plans, implementing training and development activities to unlock their potential and become a higher performance team.• As a Project Manager, organised Battalion events and training for over 600 people, ensuring external agencies were involved throughout to provide expert training and consultation. • Provided leadership and a mini project of key activities to strengthen the team values and upon which higher-level performance could be built.
