This was a wonderful experience to learn more about the anatomy and physiology of the body, as well as the hands on learning, of the muscles--attachments and movements--in addition to the many, many modalities of body work. In addition to the traditional Swedish Massage, I have learned Acutherapy, Polarity, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Spinal Touch, Touch for Health 1, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre/Post Natal Masasge, and Biomechanical Cranial/Sacral Therapy.
